Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 5–10 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, technical teams, and project managers to understand business requirements and deliver effective SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and user documentation.
- Work with business users during UAT, issue resolution, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with integration and technical teams for SuccessFactors integrations.
- Support data migration, data validation, and data quality activities.
- Provide knowledge transfer and support to junior consultants and team members.
- Ensure solutions follow SAP SuccessFactors best practices.





Required Technical Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong hands-on experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules such as:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruiting Management (RCM)
- Onboarding
- Performance & Goals (PMGM)
- Compensation
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Good understanding of SuccessFactors configuration and business processes.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations is preferred.
- Knowledge of Integration Center, APIs, SFTP, and middleware/CPI is an advantage.
- Experience in data migration and data validation.
- Valuable understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules.
- Experience working on end-to-end implementation projects.
- Experience working with global clients and geographically distributed teams.
- Good understanding of integration concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
