Role Description The Senior Sales role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with clients across industries.

The Senior

Sales professional will conduct client meetings and presentations, understand client requirements, and collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions. Daily responsibilities include lead generation,



prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also involves mentoring junior sales team members, contributing to sales strategy, and providing feedback from the market to help refine service offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, understand client needs, and maintain client relationships.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including pipeline management, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in Training and coaching sales team members to improve performance and professional growth.
- Background in agency, media, marketing, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to present complex creative solutions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at different levels.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis for decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
