? Role: Senior Recruiter – IT & Non-IT
⏳ Experience: 5+ years in end-to-end recruitment
What you’ll be doing:• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT & Non-IT positions
- Source and attract talent through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networks, referrals, and other channels
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and build effective hiring strategies
- Screen and assess candidates and drive the interview process
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements
- Manage candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency
- Stay updated on talent market trends and modern recruitment practices
? We’re especially looking for someone who:• Has strong technical recruitment knowledge, particularly across technologies such as AI, .NET/ASP.NET, MS SQL, QlikView, etc.
- Has hands-on experience with AI-powered recruitment and sourcing tools
- Can leverage AI for Boolean searches,
resume screening, job descriptions, candidate communication, interview questions, and recruitment analytics
- Is data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with recruitment metrics
- Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Takes ownership and can work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter AI, SHL, ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
