(OR)Four-Year Full time engineering in Technology from UGC approved college (Preferably Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) with master's in industrial safety approved by Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health, Ministry of Labour, Government of Tamilnadu.

- JOB PROFILE / ROLE DISCRIPTION:Lead /Internal Auditor in ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 management systemManaging, Coordinating and close out of Internal, External auditsAttending corporate EHS and Sustainability meetings and reportingManage EHS & ESG activities and documentationsAbility to guide the team to develop, implement, and maintain all environmental,



safety and sustainability programs, policies and procedures based on leading indicators and actions.Establish Emergency Preparedness plan and conduct regular mock drillsConduct, EHS awareness trainings among all contractors and employees.Conduct regular EHS Inspections, Surveys and audits in sites to identify any potential hazards or safety issues and reported and follow up for close outsStay up to date with industry best practices and advancement in safety technologyExcellent communication and leadership skills, strong knowledge of relevant EHS regulations and StandardsPromoting and Implementing BBS CultureAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsLead safety meetings and initiatives to promote a culture of safety awarenessLead Incident InvestigationProficiency in MS Office and other safety management software
