About the Role

We're looking for a proactive recruiter with experience in both Lateral Hiring and Campus Recruitment to help us attract exceptional talent as Enabl3 continues to grow.

This role goes beyond managing incoming applications. We are seeking someone who can build talent pipelines, engage candidates through multiple channels, partner closely with hiring managers, and contributing to the evolution of the Talent Acquisition function.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment where they can influence recruitment processes, candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking For

- 4-6 years of recruitment experience, including both lateral hiring and campus recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for consulting, IT services, engineering, professional services, technology, or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills across LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, campus networks, and other channels.
- Experience planning and executing campus hiring initiatives, placement drives, career fairs, or graduate hiring programs.
- Ability to quickly understand current roles and effectively assess candidate fit.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a genuine interest in enhancing recruitment practices and candidate experience.
- High levels of ownership, accountability, and execution focus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.




- Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

- Experience working with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.
- Exposure to employer branding initiatives and recruitment analytics.
- Experience hiring across multiple locations or supporting international recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and functions.
- Lead both lateral hiring and campus recruitment initiatives, including graduate hiring programs, placement drives, career fairs, and recruitment events.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, align on hiring strategies, and support workforce planning.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and coordinate subsequent stages of the recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, colleges, universities, and other external partners.
- Drive improvements in candidate experience, recruitment processes, and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide insights on hiring progress, pipeline health,



and market trends.
- Contribute ideas around sourcing strategies, referral programs, campus partnerships, recruitment analytics, and process optimization.
