About the Opportunity

One of our banking clients is looking for a Senior Officer, Personal Banker, Corporate salary, Consumer Banking Group.

Responsibilities

- Quality sourcing of salary accounts from empaneled corporates.

- Managing salary portfolio, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP etc.

- Ensure 100% salary credits in all accounts sourced within M+1 month.

- Corporate employee engagement activities.

- Participate in corporate induction and migration events.

- Resolve salary account related queries within stipulated time & provide feedback to supervisor.

Requirements

- Graduate/Post-graduate with min 3-5 years of relevant experience.

- Ready to travel and goal oriented.

- Must be a valuable listener and presenter.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Deep Banking knowledge.

- Good network in the market.

- Computer and digital savvy.
