About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade workflow and business process management solutions using Pega Infinity and Pega PRPC 8.x. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in case management, decisioning, integrations, application architecture, and performance optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering scalable and secure Pega solutions that support complex business processes and digital transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to build highly efficient workflow-driven applications while ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale applications using Pega Infinity and Pega PRPC 8.x.
- Build and maintain end-to-end case management solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Configure and implement decisioning capabilities to support business rules and workflow automation.
- Design and develop reusable components, workflows, and process orchestration frameworks.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems, databases, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Create and manage Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, and decision rules to support application functionality.
- Implement declarative rules and advanced Pega capabilities to improve system maintainability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure application security through role-based access controls, authentication, authorization, and compliance standards.
- Perform application performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting activities.




- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, development standards, and best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design decisions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.
- Support deployment activities, release management, and production issue resolution.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
- Collaborate with QA teams to support testing, defect resolution, and application quality initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application performance, stability, and scalability.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Pega application development.
- Strong expertise in Pega Infinity and Pega PRPC 8.x platforms.
- Extensive experience in Case Management and Business Process Management implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Pega Decisioning frameworks and business rules implementation.
- Proven experience in building scalable enterprise workflow solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, Flows, and Case Types.
- Experience integrating Pega applications with REST APIs, SOAP Services, databases, and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of Pega declarative processing and rule-based architecture.
- Experience implementing application security, access controls, and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of performance tuning, application optimization, and troubleshooting techniques within Pega environments.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture principles, guardrails, and best practices.




- Experience participating in technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving critical application issues.
- Knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD practices, and automated deployment frameworks.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide development teams while driving technical excellence.
