About the Role

Anand Prakash is a design-led lifestyle and gifting brand inspired by Indian heritage and craftsmanship. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager, Accounts & Finance to take ownership of accounting and financial compliance for our company. The role will supervise a team and ensure accurate books, timely reporting and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the accounts team, allocate work, review entries and ensure accurate, up-to-date books in Tally Prime.
- Manage monthly and annual closing; prepare profit and loss, balance sheet, cash-flow and receivables ageing reports for management.
- Oversee receivables, collections, payables, vendor payments, banking and working-capital requirements.
- Ensure bank, customer, supplier, payment-gateway and online-sales reconciliations are completed regularly.
- Manage GST returns, input tax credit reconciliation, e-invoicing and e-way bill compliance, as applicable.
- Ensure correct TDS deductions, timely deposits, returns and certificates; maintain a statutory compliance calendar.
- Oversee payroll, reimbursements and applicable PF/ESI compliance.
- Review inventory accounting, stock valuation, product costing and fixed-asset records with the relevant teams.




- Coordinate with the external CA and auditors on account finalisation, audits, income tax, advance tax, and financial information required for ROC filings.
- Strengthen accounting controls, payment approvals, audit trails and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Com/M.Com with strong practical accounting experience.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, including independent responsibility for accounts and team supervision.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, GST, TDS, accounts finalisation and private limited company compliance.
- Experience in an SME with manufacturing, trading and e-commerce operations preferred.
- High standards of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, with the ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly.
