Job Title : Senior Legal Manager

As a dynamic Proptech startup in the real estate sector we are looking for Manager - Legal. to lead the legal operations. The role involves managing legal compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting the company's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft and review transaction documents (e.g., Sale Deeds, Land Agreements, Construction Contracts, etc.).
- Lead negotiations on land acquisition, mergers, and financing agreements
- Manage end-to-end transaction documentation, from drafting to registration.
- Coordinate with legal teams, landowners, and external advocates.
- Conduct title due diligence and identify potential risks.
- Draft legal notices and pleadings related to disputes.
- Provide updates on legal changes impacting the business.




- Guide the company on FDI regulations in real estate.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve legal queries.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer
- Expertise in real estate and corporate law, including joint venture transactions, customer agreements, and dispute handling+ should be fluent in Marathi Language .
- Experience with title due diligence, RERA regulations, and legal research.
- Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling litigations and contract negotiations.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of statutory, RERA, legal, and secretarial compliances.

Solid business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
