Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about design, willing to learn, and ready to contribute to all phases of the interior design process.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, detailing and preparation of production drawings during design development phase.
- Design and Tender documents.
- Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.
- Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
- Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.
- Compiles data and performs elementary design computations.
- Takes personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices.
- Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service.
- Assist in building & maintaining material library

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant industry experience in interior design and project coordination.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale commercial, corporate, hospitality, or institutional projects.




- Good knowledge of construction methodology, detailing, site execution, and quality control.
- Ability to coordinate architectural, structural, MEPF, ELV, BIM, and specialist consultants.
- Experience in drawing review, technical coordination, RFI resolution, and design implementation.
- Good knowledge of building regulations, fire & life safety requirements, and applicable codes.
- Knowledge of sustainable design and IGBC / LEED / GRIHA guidelines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing documentation.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3D modelling and visualization software.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong client, consultant, contractor, vendor, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to lead and delegate tasks and mentor junior designers.
- Strong experience in client presentations, design reviews, project meetings, and approvals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong project documentation, reporting, MOM, tracker, and schedule management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to maintain design quality, project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
