Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst (Canada, Australia & Germany) will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for operations and investment products related to these markets. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kerala, India and involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, conducting variance and trend analyses, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. The analyst will monitor performance metrics, assess risk and return profiles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize investment offerings and pricing strategies.

Daily activities include building and maintaining financial models, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles,



and ensuring compliance with relevant financial reporting standards and internal controls. The role also includes presenting findings to leadership and contributing to process improvements in financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate explicit, actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Relevant experience in financial analysis for international markets (preferably Canada, Australia, and Germany) and familiarity with global investment products.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial analytics or ERP tools is an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Kerala, India, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are beneficial but not mandatory.
