Experience
3–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance operations or a similar role.

The Person We WantWe are looking for someone who:
- Notices when ₹10 is wrong, not just when ₹10 lakh is wrong.
- Doesn't leave reconciliation differences unexplained.
- Can handle large volumes without losing accuracy.
- Understands accounting rather than mechanically entering transactions.
- Follows up persistently but professionally.
- Escalates problems early instead of waiting until month-end.
