Role Description The Senior Executive role at Officially Ethos is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai.

The Senior

Executive will oversee key operational and business activities, including coordinating with internal teams, managing client interactions, and supporting sales and service objectives. This role involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to company processes and service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong business operations and coordination skills, including stakeholder management, process oversight, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in client service and relationship management, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain high service standards.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including comfort with data analysis, creation of dashboards or summaries, and use of productivity tools (e.g., Excel, presentations).
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should possess leadership and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams and support change management initiatives.
- Relevant experience in retail, luxury goods, lifestyle brands, or customer-facing environments is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, commerce, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, structured environment in Mumbai, with proficiency in English and, ideally, additional regional languages.
