- Strong Infrastructure-as-Code experience, Terraform specifically
- Solid cloud fundamentals - Azure strongly preferred; AWS acceptable; GCP acceptable if IaC skills are robust
- Genuine, demonstrable fluency in AI-assisted engineering practices.
Strong plus
- Spec-driven development exposure (e.g. GitHub Spec Kit, OpenSpec, or similar)
- AI platform/MLOps exposure: model deployment pipelines, model serving platforms, scaling AI workloads, AI platform security
- Experience with observability/governance for autonomous or agentic deployments
