- Develop, test, and support assigned data loads, data extracts, transformations, and validation routines for member-facing integration needs.
- Create and maintain SQL and T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, views, and data validation queries that support reliable data ingestion, extraction, and reconciliation.
- Use Microsoft Fabric capabilities to move, transform, store, and expose data for downstream analytics, reporting, and operational use cases.
- Perform SQL Server and T-SQL performance tuning for assigned work, including troubleshooting slow queries, reviewing execution plans, and escalating complex bottlenecks when needed.
- Investigate and resolve data quality, latency, performance, and integration issues across source systems, SQL Server environments, and Fabric workloads.
- Follow established integration design patterns, data standards, security requirements, and development practices provided by senior engineers and architects.
- Document assigned integration requirements, data mappings, validation results, support procedures, and member-specific implementation details.
- Support production operations by monitoring integration jobs, responding to assigned incidents, communicating status, and coordinating with senior team members as needed.
- Promote secure and governed data practices, including appropriate access controls, responsible data handling, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to the Code of Conduct, Mission, and Value Statement.

- SQL Server experience, including data loading and extraction approaches, indexing concepts, database objects, and operational support.
- Performance tuning experience, including troubleshooting slow queries, reviewing execution plans, and optimizing assigned SQL or T-SQL code.
- Microsoft Fabric experience or practical exposure, including understanding how data is loaded, stored, transformed, and extracted for member use cases.
- Ability to build and support assigned data movement processes for batch loads, extracts, reconciliations, and downstream analytics/reporting consumption.
- Ability to communicate status, issues, and technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, and follow-through skills.
Nice To Have Skills
