Hiring: Senior Consultant (Talent Acquisition Manager) at The Zero One Partners

We are a boutique Fractional HR and Recruitment firm. We hire for early-stage startups, Series A and B D2C and Consumer companies, across functions.

Looking for one person to run hiring with us, end to end.

The TA Manager will own client mandates - Sourcing, screening, client calls, closing. You will be speaking directly to founders and HR heads from week one.

Who we're looking for

- 2 to 3 years in recruitment
- Has hired across functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) in startups, ideally D2C or consumer
- Excellent spoken English, because you are on client calls from day one
- Genuinely uses AI tools in the work. Not "familiar with" - uses them, for sourcing, screening, outreach and JDs

What's on offer

- Designation: Talent Acquisition Manager
- Fully work from home
- Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm (This is NOT a Part Time role)
- Incentive of 5,000 on every closure, uncapped. Three closures in a month is 15,000 on top of your fixed
