Important: This is not a Software Tester / Manual QA role. It is a senior software engineering and code-quality evaluation position.

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior Software Engineers / Code Quality Engineers to support the training and evaluation of large language models by reviewing, analyzing, and improving AI-generated code. The role requires strong software engineering judgment to evaluate code for correctness, security, maintainability, scalability, performance, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and evaluate AI-generated code across different programming languages and engineering scenarios.
- Assess code for correctness, reliability, security, scalability, readability,



and maintainability.
- Rewrite or improve code to create high-quality reference solutions.
- Provide clear technical explanations and actionable improvement recommendations.
- Create evaluation criteria, technical annotations, and code-quality rubrics.

Key Requirements

- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Solid proficiency in at least one of:
- Python
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Java
- C++
- Go
- C#
- Ruby
- PHP
- Rust
