We are looking for an experienced C/C++ Engineer / Technical Lead / Architect to work on the modernization of a 30+ year-old mission-critical enterprise Store Management System.

? Experience: 10+ years

? C/C++: 8+ years hands-on

? Strong: C, C++, SQL

? Experience in:

- Legacy application modernization
- Reverse engineering of undocumented C/C++ systems
- Database modernization & migration
- Relational database design
- ETL / Data conversion / Reconciliation
- APIs, middleware & enterprise integrations
- Complex distributed application troubleshooting

⭐ Preferred: PostgreSQL, EZC, Python, Claude Code

? Experience with AI-assisted engineering / code analysis / modernization tools is highly valued.

If you have strong experience in legacy C/C++ systems and modernization initiatives, this could be a excellent opportunity.
