We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer/Communication Designer who:

Brand Catapult is on lookout for someone who knows that a logo is not a brand.

We’re looking for a Branding Designer who can take a strategy and turn it into a sharp, cohesive visual identity.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing brand identities, visual systems and design languages.
2. Working across logo design, typography, colour, layouts, packaging and brand guidelines.
3. Translating strategy into concepts, moodboards and compelling visual directions.
4. Building identity systems that actually work beyond the presentation deck.




5. Presenting your rationale without saying “it just felt right.”

Other Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
2. 3–4 years of proven experience as a Brand Designer, Communication Designer, or similar role.
3. A solid branding portfolio with solid conceptual and executional thinking.
4. A sharp eye for typography, composition, hierarchy and detail.
5. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
6. The ability to take a brief, question it, and make the work better.
7. Enough design opinions to have a point of view. Not enough to be impossible to work with.

Location: Shahpurjat, Delhi Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Except 1st and 3rd Saturdays)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
