About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Associate – Client Servicing (Influencer Marketing) who will be responsible for managing client relationships as well as taking ownership of the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns.

The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams across Planning, Procurement, Strategy, and Operations to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, delivered on time, and meet the expected quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Servicing & Relationship Management

- Act as the key point of contact for assigned clients and build solid, long-term relationships.
- Understand client briefs, campaign objectives, deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure timely responses, updates, and resolutions.
- Proactively identify client requirements and ensure a smooth overall experience.

End-to-End Campaign Execution

- Take ownership of influencer campaigns from the point of creator finalisation through execution and closure.
- Coordinate with creators to ensure briefs, deliverables, timelines, content submissions, approvals, and postings are completed as planned.
- Track campaign progress and ensure all deliverables are executed within agreed timelines.
- Resolve execution-related challenges and ensure minimal delays or escalations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Planning and Procurement teams once creators are shortlisted and locked.
- Coordinate with Strategy teams to ensure the campaign brief and creative direction are clearly understood during execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless movement of campaigns from planning to execution.
- Ensure all teams have the required information, timelines, and dependencies to execute effectively.





Campaign Monitoring & Quality Control

- Monitor creator content and deliverables to ensure they are aligned with the approved brief and client expectations.
- Coordinate content revisions, approvals, and feedback between clients and creators.
- Maintain campaign trackers and ensure all deliverables are accurately tracked until closure.
- Identify potential execution risks and proactively work towards resolving them.

Reporting & Client Communication

- Share regular campaign updates, execution status, and relevant reports with clients.
- Prepare campaign closure reports and performance summaries wherever required.
- Maintain clear documentation of campaign deliverables, approvals, and client feedback.
- Ensure timely communication of any delays, challenges, or changes in campaign requirements.

Account Ownership & Growth

- Develop a strong understanding of the client's business, brand, and influencer marketing objectives.
- Identify opportunities for repeat campaigns and deeper engagement with existing clients.
- Contribute to client retention and overall account growth.
- Build strong relationships with both clients and creators to ensure successful campaign outcomes.

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong execution and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, clients, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable coordinating with clients, creators, and multiple internal teams.
