Role Description The Senior Analyst role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. This role involves conducting in-depth financial and market research to support deal sourcing, due diligence, and investment decisions for private equity, venture capital, and institutional clients.

The Senior

Analyst will build and analyze financial models, prepare investment memos, and develop insights on industries, companies, and transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with large data sets, leveraging analytics and AI tools to generate decision-ready insights, and supporting portfolio monitoring and strategy projects.



The role also requires collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders, clear communication of findings, and contribution to continuous improvement of research and analytical frameworks.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, including experience with financial research, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis for private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance contexts.
- Comfort with analytics and AI-led tools, including handling large data sets, basic statistical analysis, and interpretation of quantitative outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear reports, presentations, and investment memos.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work under deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, FRM) are an advantage.
- Relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or financial advisory; exposure to global clients is beneficial.
- Strong teamwork skills, a proactive mindset, and comfort working in a hybrid setup with both on-site collaboration in the Greater Delhi Area and work from home.
