Xavik Labs is hiring a Senior AI & Tech Scriptwriter for a full-time role in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

We’re looking for someone who understands technology, researches carefully and turns complex ideas into stories people want to watch. You’ll write full-length YouTube videos, Shorts and Instagram Reels, working with presenters and editors to make each script accurate, engaging and ready to produce.

For this role, the goal is clear: help viewers understand AI and technology through useful, compelling stories that deliver what their opening promises.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Research AI models, tools, product releases, papers, documentation and benchmarks. Verify claims and explain why a development matters to viewers.
- Find original story angles. Define the audience, central question and key takeaway before drafting.
- Write full-length YouTube scripts with strong openings, explicit structure, accessible examples, natural transitions and a satisfying payoff.
- Write Shorts and Instagram Reels with sharp hooks, tight pacing and a complete, useful idea.
- Develop alternative hooks and framing where useful, ensuring the video delivers on its promise.
- Add source links, visual references, demonstration notes and on-screen cues to support production.
- Collaborate with presenters and editors so scripts sound natural and are practical to produce.
- Review retention, skip or swipe-away rates, average view duration, completion, rewatching and shares where available. Use these insights to suggest specific improvements.




- Revise scripts using editorial feedback, keep research organised and meet agreed deadlines.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

- At least 2 years of professional video scriptwriting experience.
- A portfolio containing published full-length YouTube videos and Shorts or Reels, with a clear explanation of your contribution.
- Strong knowledge of AI, emerging technology, tools and workflows.
- The ability to research independently, interpret technical material and simplify it without changing its meaning.
- Strong storytelling skills for both long and short videos, including writing for natural speech.
- An understanding of hooks, pacing, audience retention and video performance.
- Evidence of your impact: explain your writing decisions and share relevant results, comparisons or analytics where you have permission.
- Sound editorial judgement, originality, reliability and a constructive approach to feedback.
- Thoughtful use of AI tools, while taking responsibility for the final script’s accuracy and originality.
- Availability to commit to a full-time role in Gwalior.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience working with technology creators, media teams or brands.
- Hands-on experience testing AI tools and turning demonstrations into stories.
- Familiarity with YouTube Studio or Instagram Insights.




- Experience developing repeatable content formats and adapting scripts to a presenter’s voice.
- Published Shorts or Reels with strong retention and sharing.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You’ll deliver accurate, production-ready scripts on time and keep improving through feedback and evidence. We’ll look at your contribution to stronger openings, better retention, longer viewing, completion, sharing and useful audience feedback.

Performance will be considered in context, including video format, length, topic and the channel’s existing results.

COMPENSATION

₹70,000–₹1,10,000 per month, based on your experience, portfolio and demonstrated results. The final offer will be discussed during the hiring process.
