Role &

- Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules—including Risk Management, Policy &
- Compliance, Threat &
- Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response workflows.
- Customize and extend ServiceNow platform using Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts to meet enterprise security and compliance requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), IAM platforms, and external risk databases to automate alerting, triage, and remediation.
- Implement and maintain GRC reporting dashboards, audit trails,



and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2) using ServiceNow’s built-in reporting engine and custom widgets.
- Collaborate with InfoSec, Audit, and IT teams to translate control requirements into automated workflows and enforce policy violations via automation.
- Lead code reviews, platform upgrades, and performance tuning for ServiceNow instances to maintain security posture and system stability.
