Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Lead to oversee information security, compliance, audit, network, and infrastructure domains.

This role ensures a secure, resilient, and compliant IT environment aligned with ISO 27001 (ISMS) and regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

Information Security & Compliance

Define, implement, and monitor security policies, controls, and procedures

Drive risk assessments, risk treatment plans, and continuous improvement

Maintain compliance documentation, evidence, and audit readiness

Collaborate closely with legal and cross-functional teams for data protection and regulatory compliance.

Audit & Governance

Lead internal and external audits (ISO 27001 and other applicable standards)

Act as auditor or audit coordinator and ensure closure of findings

Manage certification lifecycle, including surveillance and recertification audits

Proven experience in handling audits (internal/external)

Maintain audit records, compliance dashboards, and governance frameworks

Infrastructure & Network Security

Design and manage secure IT infrastructure and network architecture

Manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS,



and access control policies

Oversee Linux server environments (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS)

Ensure system hardening, patching, and vulnerability management

Security Operations

Ensure effective logging, monitoring, and incident reporting mechanisms

Lead incident detection, response, and resolution

Manage SIEM tools and security monitoring platforms

Conduct VAPT coordination and remediation tracking

Leadership & Collaboration

Act as escalation point for security and infrastructure issues

Lead and mentor teams and drive security initiatives

Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in security, compliance, audit, and infrastructure

Hands-on experience with firewalls (FortiGate, Cisco)

Advanced Linux administration skills

Valuable understanding of data protection and regulatory frameworks

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management

Preferred Certifications

ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor

CISSP / CISM / CEH

CCNA / CCNP
