Responsibilities
- Design and implement security measures to protect systems and data.
- Conduct threat detection and incident response activities.
- Manage identity and access management (IAM) protocols.
- Ensure hardening of security architectures.
- Communicate technical risks in relatable business terms to stakeholders.
- Oversee vulnerability management programmes including remediation governance.
Must Haves
- At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering and operations.
- Deep hands-on expertise in SIEM, detection and response.
- Strong understanding of cloud and workplace security architectures.
- Solid knowledge of network protocols and Active Directory.
- Proficient in English; skilled proficiency required.
Nice to Haves
- Recognized security certifications, or a clear plan to obtain them.
- Scripting and automation skills.
- Experience or interest in AI and machine learning applications in security.
- Ability to work autonomously and confidently communicate with senior-level stakeholders.
