Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist role at Argos Watch is a full time, on-site position based in Surat. The specialist is responsible for improving organic search visibility, driving qualified traffic, and supporting online brand growth. Day-to-day activities include conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, and managing link-building initiatives.

The role also involves monitoring performance through web analytics tools, preparing reports, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to align SEO strategies with overall brand objectives.

Qualifications





- Ability to conduct comprehensive Keyword Research and develop targeted SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in performing technical and content-focused SEO Audits to identify optimization opportunities.
- Experience with Link Building, including outreach and relationship management for high-quality backlinks.
- Strong skills in Web Analytics to track, measure, and report on SEO performance and user behavior.
- Knowledge of On-Page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar).
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
