About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Manager to lead SEO strategies, manage multiple client accounts, and oversee a high-performing SEO team. The ideal candidate should have strong agency experience, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in managing both domestic and international clients.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and coordinating effectively with clients, internal teams, managers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple clients across different industries.
- Manage and monitor 30+ SEO projects/accounts simultaneously.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15–20 SEO professionals.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of SEO campaigns while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle both Domestic and International clients, understanding their business objectives and SEO requirements.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate with other departments, managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review SEO strategies and deliverables prepared by team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor key SEO metrics, rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Identify issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement across client campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Effectively manage priorities and adapt to changing project requirements and business needs.
- Take ownership of team performance, client satisfaction,



and overall SEO campaign outcomes.

Required Skills and Communications:

- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Must have experience handling 30+ SEO projects/accounts.
- Mandatory experience in a Digital Marketing/SEO Agency environment.
- Proven experience managing a team of 15–20 team members.
- Robust knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, Keyword Research, Link Building, and SEO Analytics.
- Experience working with both Domestic and International clients.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, managers, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and team-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while taking complete ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Preferred to have:

- Experience working with high-volume agency accounts.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Experience in preparing and presenting SEO reports and strategy decks.
- Proven track record of improving organic visibility, traffic, rankings, and conversions.
