The RoleWe’re looking for an SEO & Search Growth Specialist who can build and execute search strategies that generate qualified traffic and revenue, not just rankings.

You will work closely with our Revenue Analyst, Growth team, Designer/Developer and Founder to identify search opportunities, implement improvements and measure their business impact.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct keyword and search-intent research.
- Perform technical, on-page and content SEO audits.
- Implement on-page SEO improvements.
- Develop ethical link-building and outreach strategies.
- Optimize site structure, internal linking, metadata and content.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and user behavior.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar platforms.
- Identify SEO issues that may be affecting revenue.
- Work with designers and developers to implement technical fixes.
- Support GEO/AEO and AI-search visibility initiatives.




- Prepare performance reports and recommend ongoing improvements.
- Stay current with search-engine and AI-search developments.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
- Good keyword research and search-intent skills.
- Experience with SEO audits and implementation.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz or similar tools.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Understanding of CRO, web performance and AI-search optimization is a strong advantage.

Degree: Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or related field is preferred, but practical experience matters more. How You’ll Be MeasuredYour performance will be measured on:
