Job Overview

We are looking for an analytical, execution-focused SEO Analyst to take complete end-to-end ownership of the search engine optimization and digital content ecosystem for Dononman.

In this dual-impact role, you will lead our organic growth strategy by combining technical webmastering, high-ranking blog creation, on-page optimization, and site performance optimization. You will bridge the gap between technical web development and strategic content, ensuring Dononman ranks at the top of search engine results pages (SERPs) while maintaining a quick, seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Blog Strategy & Content Creation (Complete Blog Management)

Keyword Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research, intent analysis, and competitive gap assessments to identify high-converting content opportunities for Dononman.

End-to-End Blog Publishing: Write, edit, structure, and publish high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized blog posts using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify).

On-Page Optimization: Optimize all blog elements, including titles, meta descriptions, header structures (H1–H4), internal links, URL slugs, image alt text, and schema markup.

Content Lifecycles: Audit and update existing articles regularly to refresh decaying content, fix broken links, and keep rankings competitive.

- Technical SEO & Webmastering

Site Health & Architecture: Conduct regular technical audits to maintain clean site architecture, crawlability, and indexability.

Core Web Vitals & Speed: Diagnose and optimize page speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals performance across desktop and mobile devices.

Technical Fixes: Manage robots.txt, XML sitemaps,



canonical tags, 301 redirects, HTTP status codes (404, 500), and structured data (JSON-LD).

Platform Management: Manage domain configurations, basic CMS maintenance, plugin updates, security monitoring, and coordination with web developers for complex structural modifications.

- Link Building & Off-Page SEO

Execute high-quality link-building tactics, guest blogging outreach, digital PR, and competitor backlink acquisition strategies.

Monitor backlink profiles, manage toxic links, and execute disavow actions when necessary.

- Analytics & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report on key organic metrics (organic sessions, keyword rankings, impressions, bounce rates, conversion rates) using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and third-party tools.

Translate raw search data into actionable growth initiatives for the Dononman brand.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2–4 years of experience as an SEO Analyst, Technical SEO Specialist, or Webmaster with a proven track record of growing organic search traffic.

Technical Proficiency

Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript principles affecting crawlability, and CMS management (WordPress/Webflow/Custom frameworks).

Hands-on expertise with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.

Proficiency in SEO suites such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Keyword Planner.

Content Skills: Exceptional written English skills with the ability to write clear, compelling, and search-optimized blog copy.

Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset capable of diagnosing complex indexing, crawling, or speed issues.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Increase in domain-wide organic traffic and keyword positions for high-intent keywords.

Blog traffic growth, reader engagement, and organic lead/conversion generation.

Improvement in Core Web Vitals scores and zero critical technical/crawling errors.
