Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer / SDET with solid hands-on experience in Python, Selenium, and Quadient. The candidate should have solid automation testing experience and be comfortable working on Java Selenium to Python Selenium migration projects. Experience with Quadient is mandatory.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver.





Work on the migration of existing Java Selenium automation frameworks/scripts to Python Selenium.

Analyze existing Java Selenium automation scripts and convert them into scalable and maintainable Python-based automation.

Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automation test cases.

Work extensively with Quadient applications and validate end-to-end business workflows.

Understand existing automation frameworks, identify reusable components, and improve automation coverage.

Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and PyTest.

Execute cross-browser testing and troubleshoot automation failures.

Identify, report, and track defects using tools such as Jira.

Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, defect triage, and release activities.

Prepare automation execution reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Python.

Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver.

Mandatory experience in Quadient technology.

Experience in Java Selenium automation is highly desirable, as the project involves migration from Java Selenium to Python Selenium.

Strong understanding of automation framework design and maintenance.

Experience with PyTest or similar Python testing frameworks.

Good knowledge of Page Object Model (POM), reusable components, and data-driven testing.





Experience in functional and regression testing.

Good understanding of Git and CI/CD concepts.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good to Have

Experience in migrating automation frameworks from Java Selenium to Python Selenium.

Knowledge of API testing and SQL.

Experience With Jenkins Or Other CI/CD Tools.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Banking/Financial Services domain experience is an added advantage.

Experience

Relevant experience in QA Automation / SDET roles.

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with Python + Selenium + Quadient.

Quadient experience is Good to have for this role.
