As we continue to strengthen our ocean freight capabilities, we are looking for a dedicated logistics leader to take complete ownership of our sea export operations.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and autonomous Sea Export Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our office in Dwarka, Recent Delhi.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who enjoys a mix of strategy and hands-on execution. We manage a boutique, high-quality volume of 10 to 15 containers per month, meaning we do not need a massive department—instead, we need a one-man powerhouse. You will completely own the department's lifecycle, acting as the single point of contact responsible for sea freight pricing, shipping line negotiations, end-to-end documentation, and premium customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Pricing & Procurement: Leverage your industry connections to negotiate competitive ocean freight rates directly with shipping lines and issue accurate, profitable quotations to exporters.




- Booking & Booking Management: Coordinate directly with shipping lines to secure container space and equipment allocations efficiently.
- End-to-End Documentation: Execute the complete sea export documentation cycle, including pre/post-shipment paperwork, Shipping Bills, and Bills of Lading (B/L).
- Client Customer Service: Act as the dedicated account manager for exporters—providing them with real-time tracking updates, resolving port/transit issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years of core experience strictly in sea export operations and pricing within the freight forwarding industry.
- Shipping Line Networks: Proven track record of strong, established relationships with major shipping lines to secure the best possible rates and space.
- Versatility: A proactive, self-starting mindset with the capability to manage pricing, documentation, and client servicing independently.
- Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian customs regulations, maritime documentation, and Incoterms.
- Location: Must be able to commute daily to our office in Dwarka Sector 19, New Delhi.

Compensation

- Salary: Approximately ₹60,000 INR per month (In-Hand), commensurate with experience.
