About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, visionary, and dynamic School Principal to lead a reputed school in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both CBSE and IB curricula, along with a proven track record of leading a school as a Principal or in a senior leadership position. The role requires a strategic academic leader who can drive academic excellence, school operations, teacher development, student outcomes, and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the overall development of the school.
- Lead the effective implementation of CBSE and IB curriculum frameworks.
- Drive academic excellence through effective curriculum planning, assessment, monitoring, and improvement.
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop teachers and academic leadership teams.
- Oversee day-to-day academic and administrative school operations.
- Establish a positive, inclusive, safe, and student-centric learning environment.
- Monitor student achievement, academic performance, and overall learning outcomes.
- Develop and implement school improvement plans aligned with institutional goals.
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with school policies,



curriculum requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Promote innovative teaching-learning practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage school resources effectively and contribute to strategic planning and institutional growth.
- Represent the school professionally and strengthen its academic reputation and community presence.

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Principal, School Head, or senior school leader.
- Mandatory experience working with both CBSE and IB curricula.
- Robust understanding of academic leadership, curriculum implementation, assessment, and school administration.
- B.Ed is mandatory.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse academic and administrative teams.
- Strong stakeholder and parent-management skills.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation, student development, and educational excellence.
- Experience in an international / premium school environment will be an advantage.
