Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC Senior Functional Analyst to support ongoing S/4HANA production/run operations. The resource will be responsible for independently owning incidents, system issues,



and change requests and driving them through analysis, resolution, testing, and closure.

The ideal candidate should be dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams to deploy system fixes in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC production and run support.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned incidents, system issues, and change requests through closure.
- Analyze and troubleshoot SAP SD functional issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand issues, prioritize fixes, and validate solutions.
- Coordinate with ABAP, integration, and other SAP functional teams to implement system fixes.
- Perform SAP SD configuration changes and prepare functional specifications as required.
- Support unit testing, regression testing, business validation, and production deployment.
- Manage and reduce the existing incident/change backlog while meeting agreed service expectations.
- Support end-to-end OTC processes, including sales orders, deliveries, shipping, billing, pricing, returns, and related integrations.

Required Skills

- 5–8 years of hands-on SAP SD/OTC functional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in SAP production/run support and incident management.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Good understanding of end-to-end OTC processes and SD integration with FI, MM, EWM/WM, and other relevant modules.
- Ability to independently own issues and drive them to resolution with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
