Our SAP practice supports organisations through implementations, rollouts, upgrades and ongoing application management. We are growing our Hyderabad SAP team and are looking for experienced specialists who want to own their area of expertise and work directly with UK-based business and IT stakeholders.

Role Summary

Quadric IT is hiring four SAP PP/QM consultants to support manufacturing and quality processes. Production planning decides what is made and when; quality management decides whether materials and products are fit for use. In many plants the two are tightly linked.

In this role you will design and support production master data, planning and production order execution, together with quality inspections at goods receipt, during production and before delivery. You will work with MM, SD, WM and CO colleagues so that planned output, inspected stock and production costs line up.

Key Responsibilities

Production planning and execution

- Design and support production master data: bills of materials, work centres, routings or master recipes, and production versions.




- Configure and support MRP settings and demand management, and help planners interpret planning results.
- Configure and support production orders or process orders: order types, scheduling, availability checks, goods movements, confirmations and order closing.

Quality management

- Configure and support quality planning: inspection types, inspection plans, master inspection characteristics, sampling procedures and catalogues.
- Support inspection processing for goods receipt, in-process and final inspections, including results recording and usage decisions.
- Configure and support quality notifications for defects and complaints, and quality-related stock postings.

Integration, support and enablement

- Work with CO consultants on production order costing and variances, and with MM and WM on stock and staging.
- Resolve PP and QM incidents, write functional specifications, support testing, and train planners, production and quality users.

Required Skills And Experience

- 8+ years of relevant SAP experience, mainly in SAP PP and SAP QM, with hands-on configuration in both modules.
- Strong knowledge of PP master data, MRP and production or process order execution.
- Robust knowledge of QM planning, inspection lot processing, results recording,



usage decisions and quality notifications.
- Understanding of PP and QM integration with MM, SD and CO.
- At least one full-cycle implementation, rollout or major support engagement on SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Ability to work with production planners, quality managers and plant users in UK-based teams.

Preferred Skills (nice To Have)

- SAP S/4HANA manufacturing experience, including MRP Live and Fiori apps for production and quality.
- Process industry (PP-PI) or regulated manufacturing experience.
- Batch management and batch determination.
- Exposure to manufacturing execution systems integrated with SAP.

WAYS OF WORKING

- Work from our Hyderabad location on UK shift hours, collaborating daily with UK-based business users, process owners and IT teams.
- Work alongside other SAP functional and technical consultants (FI, MM, LE, ABAP and integration) to deliver end-to-end solutions rather than isolated configuration.
- Follow structured delivery practices: documented requirements, controlled configuration changes, test evidence and clear hand-over notes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE You are a manufacturing consultant who is equally at home with planners and quality teams. You can explain why the plan produced an order, why a lot was blocked, and what both mean for the stock and the cost.

PROVIDENT FUND (PF) REQUIREMENT

Provident Fund (PF) membership is mandatory for this role.
