Avigna is hiring SAP S/4HANA TM Consultant

Mode of work: Onsite (with limited remote flexibility)

Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end transportation and logistics solutions using SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM).
- Configure SAP TM components including Freight Units, Freight Orders, planning profiles, carrier selection, charge management, and freight settlement.
- Integrate SAP TM with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Materials Management Inventory Management (MM-IM) to support logistics execution processes.
- Develop and support interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and external transportation and logistics platforms.
- Manage integrations using IDocs, ALE, APIs, web services, EDI, and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
- Enable seamless business processes across delivery creation, warehouse staging, shipping execution, goods issue, tracking events, and cross-docking scenarios.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable logistics solutions.
- Lead integration testing, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live support activities.
- Support carrier collaboration, freight cost management, and transportation execution processes across multi-modal logistics environments.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM), either embedded or standalone deployments.
- Strong experience in SAP TM configuration and transportation planning processes.
- Deep understanding of SAP EWM and MM-IM integration touchpoints.
- Proven experience integrating SAP solutions with external transportation management systems and third-party logistics providers.
- Expertise in SAP CPI, IDocs, ALE, APIs, Web Services, and EDI transaction processing.
- Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics operations, carrier management, freight settlement, and freight cost allocation.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, integration testing, and production support environments.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.
- Strong communication skills in English.
