We are growing our Hyderabad SAP team and are looking for experienced specialists who want to own their area of expertise and work directly with UK-based business and IT stakeholders.

Role Summary

Quadric IT is hiring three SAP Logistics Execution consultants to support the processes that move goods out of and into the business through logistics service providers (LSPs), such as third-party warehouses, carriers and freight forwarders.

In this role you will design and support delivery and shipping processes in SAP and the way they connect to external logistics partners: sending delivery instructions, receiving pick, pack and dispatch confirmations, and making sure stock, delivery status and billing stay correct. You will work with SD, MM and warehouse colleagues and with the LSPs' own technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery and shipping processes

- Design, configure and support outbound and inbound delivery processing: delivery types, item categories, shipping point and route determination, and delivery scheduling.




- Configure and support picking, packing, goods issue and goods receipt postings for deliveries, including handling units where used.
- Support transportation processes such as shipments or freight orders, carrier assignment and freight cost handling, depending on the solution in use.

Logistics service provider integration

- Define and support the message flows exchanged with LSPs, for example delivery instructions, shipping confirmations and goods receipt confirmations through EDI/IDoc or other interfaces.
- Monitor interface processing, resolve failed or out-of-sequence messages, and reconcile SAP stock and delivery status with LSP records.
- Work with LSPs and integration teams to onboard new partners, test message changes and agree data standards.

Support and enablement

- Resolve delivery, goods issue and interface incidents within agreed service levels, and write functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces.
- Support testing and cutover for logistics changes, and train logistics and customer service users.

Required Skills And Experience

- 8+ years of relevant SAP experience, mainly in SAP Logistics Execution, with hands-on delivery and shipping configuration and support.
- Strong knowledge of outbound and inbound deliveries, shipping point and route determination, picking, packing and goods movements.
- Practical experience integrating SAP with external logistics partners through EDI/IDoc or similar interfaces,



including message monitoring and error resolution.
- Working knowledge of SD order processing and MM inventory management, sufficient to trace issues across the order-to-delivery flow.
- At least one full-cycle implementation, rollout or major support engagement on SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Ability to coordinate clearly with UK business teams, LSP operations staff and integration specialists.

Preferred Skills (nice To Have)

- SAP Transportation Management in SAP S/4HANA (Basic Shipping or advanced scenarios), or LE transportation (shipments and shipment costs) in SAP ECC.
- Decentralised or third-party warehouse scenarios.
- SAP EWM or WM exposure.
- Experience with integration platforms such as SAP Process Orchestration or SAP Integration Suite, from a functional point of view.

WAYS OF WORKING

- Work from our Hyderabad location on UK shift hours, collaborating daily with UK-based business users, process owners and IT teams.
- Work alongside other SAP functional and technical consultants (FI, MM, LE, ABAP and integration) to deliver end-to-end solutions rather than isolated configuration.
- Follow structured delivery practices: documented requirements, controlled configuration changes, test evidence and transparent hand-over notes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE You are a logistics execution consultant who has kept goods flowing between SAP and external warehouses and carriers. You can read a delivery, its interface messages and its stock postings together, and you know how to fix the gap when they disagree.

PROVIDENT FUND (PF) REQUIREMENT

Provident Fund (PF) membership is mandatory for this role.
