Engineering, Business Administration, or related field or higher with relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP Governance / Quality Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, SAP Master Data, and Supply Chain processes. The candidate will be part of an Operations team, with a primary focus on improving overall data quality across the business area.

The role will involve a combination of governance leadership, advisory support, and hands-on data quality delivery. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data owners, and data stewards to establish effective governance practices and drive continuous improvement in data quality.

Your future duties and responsibilities

- Support the development and implementation of the Data Governance operating model.
- Define and establish Data Stewardship frameworks, RACI, and data ownership models.
- Support the creation and functioning of Data Governance Councils.
- Define and establish Data Quality KPIs and measurement frameworks.
- Provide consulting and advisory support to business stakeholders on Data Governance and Data Quality.
- Support Collibra onboarding and adoption.
- Create and maintain Business Glossaries and data definitions.
- Define and implement Data Quality rules and standards.




- Define KPI requirements and support Data Quality measurement.
- Develop and maintain governance standards, documentation, and playbooks.
- Identify data quality issues and work with business teams to drive remediation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Data Owners, and Data Stewards to improve overall data quality.
- Support continuous improvement of Data Governance and Quality processes.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Must-Have Skills:

- 8-12+ years of experience in Data Governance.
- Strong Data Quality experience.
- Strong experience with SAP Master Data.
- Experience with Material, Business Partner (BP), Customer, Vendor, and Finance data governance.
- Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks.
- Experience working in Supply Chain data governance.
- Experience with Collibra or similar Data Governance platforms.
- Experience in Business Glossary creation and management.
- Experience defining Data Quality rules, KPIs, and standards.
- Experience with Data Stewardship, Data Ownership, RACI, and Governance Councils.
- Comfortable collaborating directly with business stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Master Data.
- Experience with SAP Supply Chain processes.
- Experience with Metadata Management, Data Cataloguing, and Data Lineage.
- Experience in developing enterprise Data Governance frameworks and operating models.
- Experience with other Data Governance and Data Quality tools.
- Experience creating Governance playbooks and standards documentation.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional business teams.
