SAP MDG Lead– Bangalore

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Onsite(5days work from office)

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Lead with 6–9+ years of overall experience in SAP Master Data, enterprise applications, or data management, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG solution ownership/leadership.

The candidate will be responsible for driving SAP MDG solution design, requirements, configuration, stakeholder management, and delivery across multiple master data domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead SAP MDG solutions across the project lifecycle.
- Work across multiple master data domains including Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP MDG solutions.
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and business/solution design workshops.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project leadership.
- Provide guidance on SAP MDG configuration and solution design.
- Work with BRF+ for business rules, validations, and workflows.
- Understand and support Data Replication Framework (DRF) configurations and replication scenarios.
- Possess strong understanding of ABAP development principles to work effectively with technical teams.
- Support data governance, data quality, workflow, validation, and approval processes.




- Lead issue resolution, impact analysis, and solution recommendations.
- Drive solution documentation, design decisions, and implementation standards.
- Participate in project planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Mandatory Skills

- 6–9+ years total experience in SAP Master Data / Enterprise Applications / Data Management.
- 5+ years of SAP MDG experience with solution ownership or leadership.
- Strong knowledge of multiple SAP MDG domains:
- Business Partner
- Customer
- Vendor
- Material
- Finance
- Strong understanding of SAP MDG Configuration.
- Knowledge of BRF+.
- Knowledge of DRF – Data Replication Framework.
- Positive understanding of ABAP development principles.
- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent workshop facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience in leading SAP MDG solution design and implementation activities.

Location & Work Model ? Bangalore – Electronic City

- First 1–2 months: Work from client office in Electronic City.
- After initial period: Hybrid work model.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Electronic City client location initially.
