Role Description This is a full-time SAP CPQ Developer role based in Bengaluru, offered in a hybrid work model with a mix of in office and work-from-home arrangements. The SAP CPQ Developer will design, configure, and maintain SAP CPQ solutions to support complex pricing, quoting, and product configuration requirements. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand processes, translating functional needs into technical specifications, and implementing enhancements and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

The role involves developing and testing custom logic, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance,



and ensuring data integrity across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. The developer will also prepare technical documentation, support deployments, and contribute to continuous improvement of Hypersoft’s business applications and client solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to map requirements to SAP CPQ and related workflows.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming, preferably with languages and frameworks commonly used for SAP CPQ extensions and integrations.
- Practical knowledge of Integration concepts and tools, including APIs, web services, and middleware used to connect SAP CPQ with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Experience working with SAP Products, such as SAP CPQ, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP CRM, and familiarity with their configuration and customization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to gather and interpret requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver robust, scalable solutions within project timelines.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and focus on quality and performance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience with SDLC best practices, version control, and testing methodologies; prior work in financial, manufacturing
