We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Solution Architect with robust expertise in SAP CRM and SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) processes. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, client-facing consulting engagements, and integrating SAP CRM with ECC systems.

Industry experience in Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, or Rental sectors will be highly preferred.

Location - Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai or Noida

Notice Period - Immediate to 45 days only.

Shift Timing - 5.30 pm to 2.30 am IST

Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP CRM Sales & Service implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM modules, including integration with SAP ECC and SAP SD Order-to-Cash processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and senior leadership to deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Drive end-to-end implementation activities, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.




- Configure and manage CRM functionalities including:-

>One Order Framework >Installed Base (IBase)

>CRM Web UI

>Business Roles

>Service Orders

>Service Contracts

>Complaint Management

>Resource Planning

>Collaborate with technical teams for developments, integrations, and enhancements.

- Provide functional specifications for custom developments and review technical objects.

Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and solution demonstrations. Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM along with SAP SD.
- Experience working in industries such as Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, or Rental.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP CRM implementation projects completed successfully.
- Robust expertise in SAP CRM configuration and ECC integration.
- Sound understanding of SD Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interact and present solutions to senior management and client leadership teams.
