Shri Paramani Jewels is a premium jewellery brand offering a curated range of fine gold and silver jewellery. We are looking for a polished, confident and customer-focused Sales Representative who can represent our brand professionally and deliver an exceptional experience to our premium clientele.

Role OverviewThe Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their jewellery-buying journey, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable products, building relationships, and converting enquiries into sales.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with high-end/HNI clients and understand the importance of discretion, professionalism, personal attention and luxury customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and professionally engage with customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer preferences, requirements, occasions and budgets.
- Present and explain jewellery collections in an engaging and knowledgeable manner.
- Handle premium and HNI clients with confidence, professionalism and discretion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Generate repeat business through effective client relationship management.




- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Stay updated on jewellery collections, designs, materials, pricing and brand offerings.
- Maintain excellent grooming, communication and showroom etiquette.
- Provide a personalised and premium customer experience at every interaction.
