Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and Salesforce solutions, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, QA, and project teams.
- Analyze and improve existing Salesforce business processes and workflows.
- Support Salesforce implementation, enhancement, integration, and migration projects.
- Conduct requirement validation, UAT support, and solution walkthroughs.




- Identify gaps and recommend effective Salesforce-based solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, CRM processes, and business workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, Flows, reports, dashboards, security, and automation.
- Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

- Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a plus.
