Sales Trainer – Sales, Staffing & BPO – Sales, Staffing & BPO Experience Preferred

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: 100% Onsite

Shift: US Night Shift

Primary Goal To design and deliver high-impact sales training that improves sales performance, conversion, communication, product knowledge, and revenue generation across Sales, US Staffing, and BPO teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging sales training, coaching, and development programs for recent and existing employees.
- Train teams on sales process, lead generation, prospecting, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Provide specialized training for US Staffing / Recruitment / BPO sales processes.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, assessments, and performance coaching.
- Identify skill gaps through call audits, performance data, and feedback.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, presentations, scripts, and learning modules.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Team Leads to improve team performance.
- Track training effectiveness through KPIs, conversion rates, productivity,



quality, and revenue metrics.
- Conduct refresher and advanced training programs based on business requirements.
- Stay updated on sales techniques, market trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Training / Corporate Training / L&D.;
- Strong hands-on experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Experience in US Staffing / Recruitment / BPO is highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of B2B/B2C sales, inside sales, lead generation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to train both freshers and experienced sales professionals.
- Strong analytical and performance-management skills.
- Confident, energetic, and engaging training style.

Advantage Experience in Insurance Sales / Insurance Training will be an added advantage.
