Role Description The Sales & Marketing Intern will support day-to-day sales and marketing activities for EFX Connect’s technology and digital product offerings.

This full-time, in office role is based in the Pune Division and involves assisting with lead generation, outreach to prospective clients, and follow-up communication to support the sales pipeline. The intern will help prepare presentations, sales materials, and basic training content, as well as support social media and digital marketing campaigns.





Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and learning to use sales tools and CRM systems to track activity and performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with prospects and clients.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support lead generation and pipeline activities.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to assist in preparing and delivering simple sales or product training materials.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy and comfort working with online tools, CRM systems, and productivity software.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and interest in technology, SaaS, or software solutions are beneficial.
