Role Description The Sales Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam. This role is responsible for supporting sales and marketing initiatives, including coordinating promotional activities, assisting with campaign execution, and maintaining relationships with retail partners and distributors. Daily tasks include preparing marketing materials, drafting basic content for product promotions, planning and coordinating events or in-store activations, and tracking sales and marketing performance metrics.

The coordinator will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, manage small projects and timelines, and provide administrative support to the sales and marketing functions.

VKS Verve Nectars Private Limited, the parent company of BGood, is looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The role will support the Sales Head and management in coordinating sales activities, following up with customers and prospects, monitoring sales execution, preparing reports, and coordinating marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

? Sales & Customer Coordination

- Telecalling prospective customers, retailers and distributors
- Following up on leads, enquiries, samples and orders




- Coordinating with existing customers to increase sales and generate repeat orders
- Following up on pending customer payments

? Sales Operations & Reporting

- Coordinate order and sample deliveries with customers, sales and logistics teams
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls and follow-ups
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales activity summaries
- Assist the Sales Head in preparing sales reports and monitoring performance
- Track planned activities vs. actual activities and highlight deviations to management

? Digital Marketing Coordination

- Coordinate with the digital marketing agency on campaigns and other online activities
- Monitor digital marketing activities against the agreed plan
- Track online sales performance and help ensure online sales targets are achieved
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing creatives

? Product & Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to obtain accurate product information
- Ensure the sales and marketing teams have the latest product details and information
- Coordinate with different internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, telecalling, marketing coordination or a related role
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to maintain and understand basic sales reports
- Comfortable coordinating with customers,



sales teams, agencies and internal departments
- Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented
- Ability to identify problems or deviations and bring them to management's attention

Experience in FMCG, food products, consumer products, D2C or distributor sales will be an advantage.

About the Role

This is an significant coordination role where you will help ensure that sales and marketing plans are actually executed, follow-ups are completed, reports are maintained and management is kept informed of progress and deviations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to support customer interactions, marketing materials, and internal collaboration.

- Candidates should possess Event Planning and Project Management skills to organize promotional events, manage timelines, and coordinate resources.

- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools to prepare reports, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Ability to work on-site in Ernakulam, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or event coordination will be considered an advantage.
