About the role

Virinchi Software has built Resandhi, a current AI product for online stores in India. Resandhi gives a store an AI employee on its own WhatsApp number. It learns the store's products, prices and offers, answers customers in Hindi, English or Hinglish, takes orders and sends payment links, any time of day. It also runs WhatsApp and SMS campaigns to customers who have agreed to hear from the store.

The product is live, and we are now taking it to market. We're looking for a sales and marketing professional to help us win our first customers. You will work directly with the company's leadership and help shape how Resandhi goes to market in India.

What success looks like:

- In your first 30 days, you build a steady pipeline of e-commerce and D2C store owners, and help bring the first paying stores onto Resandhi.
- You make founders want to talk to us: clear outreach, content that gets read, and demos that turn into trials.
- You set up the sales and marketing playbook the team will scale: who we target, what we say, what works and what doesn't.

How the role fits in: Virinchi Software is a Delhi-based technology company founded in 2011, working in customize Software and IT services. Resandhi is its new software product. This is one of the first go-to-market roles on the Resandhi team, so you will work closely with product and leadership, and your feedback from the market will directly shape the product.

Responsibilities

- Find and reach out to founders and owners of online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce and D2C brands) through LinkedIn, email, Instagram and referrals, and book product demos.




- Run product demos and setup calls that show a store owner how Resandhi answers their customers and takes orders on their own WhatsApp number.
- Follow up on free trials and help store owners move from trial to a paid plan.
- Plan and run LinkedIn, Instagram and Meta campaigns, track cost per lead and cost per customer, and move budget to what works.
- Write clear posts, ad copy, emails and short video scripts, in English and Hinglish, that explain real customer problems and how Resandhi solves them.
- Build partnerships with Shopify and WooCommerce agencies, incubators and other businesses that serve online sellers.
- Keep a simple, accurate record of every lead, demo, trial and deal, and share a weekly report of results.
- Collect feedback from prospects and customers and share it with the product team.
- Represent Resandhi in founder communities, webinars and events.

Qualifications

Must have:

- 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, growth marketing or business development
- A track record of reaching decision-makers (founders, owners or directors) and closing deals
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and at least one paid ad platform (LinkedIn, Meta or Google)
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Hindi
- Comfort working on your own, setting your own targets and reporting on them honestly
- A bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent experience

Good to have:

- Experience selling to e-commerce, D2C or retail businesses
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, WhatsApp Business or CRM tools
- Experience at an early-stage startup or with a new product launch
- Content creation skills (posts, short videos, scripts)
