Manager - Sales & Marketing

PRS Homes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth for our construction firm in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in apartment sales, digital marketing, and be flexible with work timings.

Responsibilities

- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (offline and digital) to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Manage social media, property portals, Google Ads, SEO, and other lead generation platforms to drive sales.
- Plan and run performance marketing campaigns and track ROI.
- Create and implement project-specific marketing plans to boost sales.
- Organise project launches, exhibitions, and other marketing events to showcase projects and connect with potential customers.
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners and digital agencies to drive sales.
- Provide daily sales and marketing updates to the management.





Requirements

- MBA in Marketing or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction/real estate industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, including social media marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and lead generation.
- Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in the Trivandrum market, with a strong network in the real estate industry.

Salary: Best in the industry, commensurate with experience

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible for meetings and events)
