Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City, responsible for driving both brand growth and revenue through integrated sales-focused marketing initiatives. This role oversees the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, aligning sales objectives with brand strategy and ensuring consistent messaging across digital, social, and on-ground channels. Daily responsibilities include developing and managing marketing plans, tracking campaign performance, generating and nurturing leads, collaborating with the sales team to optimize funnels, and preparing reports and insights for leadership.

Manager will coordinate with strategy, design, copy,



and production teams to deliver high-quality materials, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
