Role Description This full-time Sales & Marketing Intern role at Internz Learn is an on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will support sales outreach by identifying prospective learners and partners, assisting with lead generation, and following up via calls, emails, and messages. Daily tasks include helping to execute marketing campaigns, contributing to social media and digital promotion activities, and gathering feedback from learners to improve offerings.

The role also involves maintaining basic reports, coordinating with internal teams, and participating in events or webinars to represent the platform. This opportunity is designed for freshers seeking hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the edtech sector.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clarity in verbal and written English and the ability to engage with diverse learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational sales and marketing skills, such as basic understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, customer relationship building, and campaign coordination.
- Candidates should possess basic digital and social media skills, including familiarity with social platforms, content posting, and simple analytics or insights tracking.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, ability to maintain records, and capability to analyze feedback or simple data to support decisions.
- Relevant qualifications include being a fresher or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong interest in the edtech industry and willingness to learn quickly.
