The Sales Manager – Car Loans will be responsible for driving retail car loan business through dealer networks, direct sales channels, and strategic partnerships.
The role involves achieving monthly targets, managing a sales team (if assigned), ensuring high-quality sourcing, and maintaining strong relationships with automobile dealers and customers. Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly and quarterly car loan disbursement targets. Source business through car dealerships, DSA channels, connectors, and direct leads. Drive penetration of car loans for current cars, used cars, and refinance loans.
- Dealer & Channel Management Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers and showrooms. Train dealer staff on loan products, documentation, and lead generation. Ensure smooth coordination between dealers, credit teams, and operations.
